Advertising with the HIA
The HIA offers paid advertisements in our weekly newsletter, This Week in Hemp. The newsletter is delivered to the inboxes of almost 15,000 members and non-members alike every Friday with an open rate of approximately 30%.
RATES
- $75 per issue*
- $750/12 issues per calendar year**
- 10% discount for HIA members
- *Max. four ads per newsletter
- **Dates offered on a first-come, first-serve basis from the time the ad is paid for
FORMAT
- Ad space is 600 w x 160 h
- Images should be 600-650 pixels wide*, 72PPI
- JPG or PNG format, though PNG is preferred
- File size: 5MB>
- *Please note, anything smaller than 600-650 pixels wide is going to appear blurry if it is resized
PROCESS
1) Email Sarah at Sarah@thehia.org
2) Subject line "Ad Submission"
3) Include a link to your website and the text for that link
4) Include how many issues you'd like your ad to run in so we can invoice you appropriately
5) Please ensure your ad is in the exact format indicated above and attach it to your email
6) Once we approve your ad submission, we will send you an email letting you know
7) Shortly thereafter, we will issue you an electronic invoice*
8) Once the invoice has been paid, you will have the ability to select newsletter dates for your ad's publication
*Payment by MasterCard/Visa preferred; mailed checks will need to be received before ad scheduling.
