We have arranged for special room rates for Sunday and Monday nights at the Best Western Roundhouse Suites. The hotel is also offering special room rates for Natural Products Expo East attendees (as a separate arrangement with different rates and dates), so if you are attending or exhibiting at the Expo, you can conveniently stay there for both events.
Sunday, October 19: Arrive for check-in, socializing and dinner (not included in registration fee). The HIA annual Board meeting will be held at 4:00pm.
Monday, October 20: Annual General Meeting, awards dinner (included in registration fee), fundraiser, hemp exhibits, sales, networking, expert speakers on hemp markets in various countries, nutrition studies, PR strategies and legal & legislative issues.

Regular Rate registration ended on September 19. Late Rate registration is now in effect through the start of the HIA Convention. Sending in your registration now, rather than registering at the door, is most appreciated and helps with event planning.

Late Rate Registration Fee – All Members: $300 per person after September 19 through the start of the HIA Convention. HIA Full Company Members may bring additional attendees (company employees) at a $50 discount each. All other attendees must be at least HIA Supporting Members.
The registration fee includes pastries and coffee in the morning, lunch and dinner on Monday, October 20. (The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast.) It also includes attendance to our Annual General Meeting, panel discussions and awards dinner, as well as the opportunity to network with other members. Your travel, lodging and meals (except as noted above) are not included.

Please note: Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations. Guaranteed room availability ended on September 19. The HIA room rate is still in effect, but only if a room is available.
You must CALL the hotel to make your reservation. Do not book online.
Please remember to mention the Hemp Industries Association when booking to get the HIA group rate and be sure to get a reservation confirmation number.
Our room rate is $180 per night plus tax for those booking two nights. If you book for only October 19, the rate is $219 plus tax. All rooms are suites, so rooms can easily be shared. The rate covers two people; additional persons pay $10 per night extra. There are King Suites (up to three people with King Bed and pull-out sofa) and Junior Suites (up to five people with two double beds and pull-out sofa). Wireless Internet, breakfast, exercise room, business center, shuttle bus and parking are all included in the room rate.
The hotel is also offering special room rates for Natural Products Expo East attendees (as a separate arrangement with different rates and dates), so if you are attending or exhibiting at the Expo, you can conveniently stay there for both events.
